20 Minute Air Fryer Peach Crisp

what you’ll need:
4 small peaches or 2 large
1/2 cup Old fashioned oats
1/4 cup almond flour
2 tbs maple syrup
3 tbs coconut sugar (divided)
2 tbs melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tbs cornstarch
Pinch of salt
Coconut whipped cream
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions:
Start by cutting your peaches into slices then add them to a bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 tbs cornstarch, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 1 tbs of coconut sugar over the peaches. Mix very gently until everything is well incorporated.
Next get started on the crumble. In a bowl mix together 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup almond flour, 2 tbs maple syrup, 2 tbs melted butter, 2 tbs coconut sugar, and a pinch of salt.
To a oven safe baking dish or ramiken add in your peaches to the bottom and top it off with you crumble mixture. Air fry at 325 for about 8-10 minutes. Make sure to check it around 8 minutes so that the top doesn’t burn.
Let it cool for about 5 minutes and add a couple scoops of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
