what you’ll need:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey

  • 1, 12 oz bag green beans

  • 1 tsp ginger powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • Sprinkle of sesame seeds (for garnish)

  • Freshly chopped green onion (for garnish)

  • 2 - 3 tbsp chili onion crunch (optional)

  • Served with rice

    for the sauce

  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos

  • 1 tbs sriracha sauce

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbs minced garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat a large skillet to medium heat and add 1 tbsp of avocado oil.

  2. Add the ground turkey and cook about 7-10 minutes until fully cooked.

  3. Meanwhile add all the sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

  4. Remove the green beans from the bag and cut them all in half.

  5. Once the meat is cooked add the ginger powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

  6. To the skillet add the green beans and the sauce. Mix well and sauté for a few more minutes so the flavors can come together.

  7. I personally like to add a few tbsp of chili onion crunch and the end and mix. This is optional but adds amazing flavor!

  8. Serve the turkey and green bean stir fry over some brown rice and top with sesame seeds and freshly chopped green onion.
