Matcha Chia Seed Pudding

What I love about this recipe is the fact that I can just throw all the ingredients in a jar, pop it in the fridge, and then the next morning I have a delicious breakfast ready to go for me. This Matcha Chia seed pudding is a must try!

what you’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup coconut milk (not canned)

  • 1 tbs maple syrup

  • 2 heaping tbs unsweetened coconut yogurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 heaping tsp of matcha powder

TOPPINGS:

  • Strawberries

  • Raspberries

  • Shredded coconut

  • Coconut yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place all ingredients except for the toppings in a jar and shake very very well, so that the chia seeds get properly mixed in. Place in the fridge and let sit overnight.

The next morning pour it out of your jar and into a bowl. Top with fresh strawberries, raspberries, shredded coconut & a scoop of coconut yogurt and enjoy!
