Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Salad

You honestly can’t beat bbq chicken salad. When you cook it in the air fryer it’s the perfect mix of juicy and crispy and since it only takes 20 minutes to make it’s great for an easy weekday lunch or dinner.

what you’ll need:

  • 1.5lbs chicken thighs

  • Noble made bbq sauce (or any bbq sauce of choice)

  • Romaine lettuce

  • Cucumber

  • Shredded carrot

  • Grape tomato

  • Corn

  • Black beans

  • Green onion

  • Raw sharp cheddar cheese

  • Hatch ratch


Instructions:

Cut your chicken thighs into bite size pieces & pour 1 cup bbq sauce over the meat and mix.

Place in air fryer for 10 min at 380, flipping halfway through.

Now it’s time to assemble your salad. To a bowl add in some romaine lettuce, sliced cucumber, shredded carrot, sliced grape tomatoes, corn, black beans, green onion, and some shredded raw sharp cheddar cheese.

Top with a little more bbq sauce and some ranch dressing & enjoy!
