what you’ll need:

  • 2 (12 oz) cans of chicken or 4 cups rotisserie chicken

  • 2-3 celery stalks, finely diced

  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced

  • 1/2 cup mayo

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until everything is well combined.

  2. Taste and add more salt & pepper as necessary. Enjoy!

    *Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
