Crispy Chicken Salad With Homemade Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

what you’ll need:
Just Bare Crispy Chicken Fillets
Chopped romaine lettuce
Persian cucumbers
Grape tomatoes
Red onion
Raw sharp cheddar cheese
1 small avocado
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup dijon mustard
2 tbs olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Start by adding your chicken fillets to your air fryer or oven and cook them per package instructions.
I used my air fryer which called for cooking them at 360 for 17 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Next we will make the honey mustard vinaigrette. Mix together 1/3 cup honey, 1/4 cup dijon mustard, 2 tbs olive oil, the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, and 1 tsp of garlic powder. This makes a lot of dressing! I used a couple of tablespoons on my salad and saved the rest for later. :)
Then start prepping your veggies. Cut your grape tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado and red onions. Grate your cheese if needed.
Once the chicken is done slice it into strips.
Now it’s time to assemble! Add all your ingredients to the bowl and top it all off with your honey mustard vinaigrette and enjoy!!
