what you’ll need:

  • 1lb ground beef

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 medium onion

  • Shredded carrots

  • Green Cabbage

  • Mushrooms

  • Green onion

  • Brown rice ramen

  • 1/2 cup Coconut aminos

  • 1 tbs Minced garlic

  • 1 tsp Ground ginger

  • 1 tbs Rice vinegar

  • 1 tbs Huy fong chili garlic sauce

  • 2 tsp Sesame oil

Instructions:

Preheat a large skillet to medium high heat. Add in your ground beef and cook until brown about 7-10 minutes.

While your meat is cooking prep your veggies that will need to be cut. Slice your red bell pepper, onion, and cabbage into thin slices or to your liking! It tastes the same no matter how you cut them haha

Then prep your sauce. Mix together 1/2 cup coconut aminos, 1 tbs minced garlic, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1 tbs rice vinegar, 1 tbs huy fong chili garlic sauce, and 2 tsp of sesame oil.

Once the meat has finished browning, remove from the skillet and set aside. Then add in all your veggies! I added sliced red bell pepper, onion, green cabbage, some broccoli, mushrooms, and shredded carrot! You really can customize this based on your preference of veggies! Let your veggies saute until they become soft(not mushy). I usually cover it with a lid for about 10 minutes stirring every few minutes.

The noodles I used only took 4 minutes to boil so I started those last! Cook your noodles according to the package instructions.

Now it’s time to put everything together!! To the skillet with the veggies, add back in your meat, cooked noodles, and your sauce and mix well.

Serve with some sliced green onion and sesame seeds and enjoy!
