Garlic & Herb Butter Chicken

This recipe is literally so simple and easy. I like to make this in large batches, and then we are able to use it with our lunches for the week & this goes well with so many different types of vegetables.

what you’ll need:

  • 3 lbs Chicken Thighs Or Breast

  • 1 Stick Salted Butter

  • 1 tbs minced garlic

  • 1 tbs italian seasoning

  • Pepper

Instructions:

I used 3lbs of chicken for this recipe! Feel free to use chicken thighs or breasts.

To make your garlic butter. Mix together 1 stick of salted butter, 1tbs of Italian seasoning, and 1tbs of minced garlic.

Lay out your chicken thighs onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle with pepper then spread on your garlic butter.

Bake in the oven at 400 convection for about 20 mins or until cooked to 165.

That’s it!! I served mine with garlic parmesan brussels sprouts. Enjoy!
