Garlic & herb pizza dough (from trader joes)
Mozzarella balls
Goat cheese
Mushrooms
1 large yellow onion
Arugula
Balsamic glaze
Oregano

Instructions:
Start by bringing your pizza dough out of the fridge and let it get to room temp, this will take about 20-30 min depending on how warm your home is. If you are using a different pizza dough, follow the directions on the packaging.
Caramelized onions
Meanwhile start the caramelized onions, since these take the longest you’ll want to start these first. To make caramelized onions slice your onion into thin slices and add them to a pan on medium low heat with 1 tbs of avocado or olive oil. Make sure to stir every few minutes during this cooking process so the onions don’t burn. After about 10 min add in a sprinkle of salt and stir. Continue to cook on low for another 20 min. If the onions get too dry add in a 1tbs of water or butter and make sure the heat is not too high. Once the onions have a nice brown color you’re good to go!
Garlic White sauce
While the carmelized onions are cooking we are going to make our garlic white sauce. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat & add minced garlic. Sauté about 2 min then add all seasonings and flour. Mix well. Add in heady cream and whisky until thick. About 3 min
2 tbs olive oil
1tbs minced garlic
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbs flour
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
ASSEMBLE THE PIZZA
Now it’s time to assemble! Roll our your pizza dough and add the garlic cream sauce, mozzarella balls, goat cheese, mushrooms, & caramelized onions. Bake at 475 for about 12-15 min until crust is brown.
Once out of the oven, top with fresh arugula and a drizzle of balsamic glaze! Enjoy!
