Spanish Chicken

So flavorful, so juicy! This spanish chicken is ridiculously easy to make and can be a great meal prepped lunch option!

what you’ll need:

  • 2lb bone in chicken thighs

  • 1 Lemon

  • Cilantro

  • garlic powder

  • paprika

  • ground cumin

  • Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • Salt & pepper

  • Avocado oil

  • A dozen cousins Spanish rice pack (can homemake if you’d like)


Instructions:

Preheat a pan to medium high heat and add in 1 tbs of avocado oil.

Pat your chicken dry and season with 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp paprika, 2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. I usually mix together these seasonings in a bowl all together and then season the chicken!

Add your chicken to the skillet and cook for about 7 min on one side (make sure not to touch it so it gets crispy!) then turn over your chicken and cook for about 8-10 more minutes until fully cooked.

I served mine with a squeeze of fresh lemon, spanish rice, and some green beans. Hope you enjoy!!
