Spanish Chicken

what you’ll need:
2lb bone in chicken thighs
1 Lemon
Cilantro
garlic powder
paprika
ground cumin
Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt & pepper
Avocado oil
A dozen cousins Spanish rice pack (can homemake if you’d like)
Instructions:
Preheat a pan to medium high heat and add in 1 tbs of avocado oil.
Pat your chicken dry and season with 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp paprika, 2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. I usually mix together these seasonings in a bowl all together and then season the chicken!
Add your chicken to the skillet and cook for about 7 min on one side (make sure not to touch it so it gets crispy!) then turn over your chicken and cook for about 8-10 more minutes until fully cooked.
I served mine with a squeeze of fresh lemon, spanish rice, and some green beans. Hope you enjoy!!
