For those who want to enjoy a grinder sandwich but need it to be a little more low carb this hits the spot!

what you’ll need:

  • 1tbs mayo

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tbs red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic

  • 2-3 cups chopped iceberg lettuce

  • Chopped bell pepper

  • Chopped cucumber

  • Chopped red onion

  • Chopped tomato

  • Banana peppers

  • Pepperoncini

  • Raw sharp cheddar cheese

  • Chopped deli meat (chicken, ham, salami)

  • Croutons ~8-10

Instructions:

To a large bowl add in all ingredients, mix, and enjoy! It’s that simple!

Feel free to add as many or as little of each chopped veggie.
