Ground Turkey Stir Fry

Looking for a quick and easy weeknight meal that's both healthy and delicious? Look no further than this ground turkey stir fry! Packed with protein and veggies, this dish is not only satisfying but also super easy to make.

what you’ll need:

  • 1.5lb ground turkey

  • Broccoli

  • 2 large carrots

  • Mushrooms

  • Yellow onion x 1

  • Red bell pepper x 1

  • Zucchini x 1

  • Coconut aminos

  • Chili garlic sauce

  • Sesame oil

  • Minced garlic

  • Ginger powder

  • Onion powder

  • Garlic powder

  • Green onion

  • Sriracha

Instructions:

To a skillet add in 1 tbs avocado oil on a med high heat. Add in ground turkey and cook until brown about 7-10 min.

While that’s cooking chop up all of your veggies.

Once the ground turkey is cooked add in all the veggies. Cover & cook for about 10 min until veggies are soft, stirring every few minutes.

Meanwhile make your sauce! Mix 1/4 cup coconut aminos, 3 tbs chili garlic sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbs minced garlic, 1 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp onion powder together in a bowl.

Now that the veggies are soft you can now add in the sauce and stir. Simmer for a few min and then serve immediately! I like to top mine with green onions & sriracha. Enjoy!!
