Ground Turkey Stir Fry

what you’ll need:
1.5lb ground turkey
Broccoli
2 large carrots
Mushrooms
Yellow onion x 1
Red bell pepper x 1
Zucchini x 1
Coconut aminos
Chili garlic sauce
Sesame oil
Minced garlic
Ginger powder
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Green onion
Sriracha
Instructions:
To a skillet add in 1 tbs avocado oil on a med high heat. Add in ground turkey and cook until brown about 7-10 min.
While that’s cooking chop up all of your veggies.
Once the ground turkey is cooked add in all the veggies. Cover & cook for about 10 min until veggies are soft, stirring every few minutes.
Meanwhile make your sauce! Mix 1/4 cup coconut aminos, 3 tbs chili garlic sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbs minced garlic, 1 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp onion powder together in a bowl.
Now that the veggies are soft you can now add in the sauce and stir. Simmer for a few min and then serve immediately! I like to top mine with green onions & sriracha. Enjoy!!
