Ground Turkey Taco Salad

what you’ll need:
1lb ground turkey
1 taco seasoning packet (I used siete, our fav)
2 large avocados
Grape tomatoes
Red onion
Cilantro
1 lime
Mixed greens
1 red bell pepper
Pinto beans
Raw sharp cheddar cheese
Salsa ranch (I used bolthouse farms)
Siete lime chips
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
TACO MEAT:
To make the taco meat preheat a pan on medium high heat and add in 1 tbs of oil along with your ground turkey. Cook for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Once cooked add in your seasoning packet and mix well.
GUACAMOLE:
Mix 2 large avocados, handful of chopped grape tomatoes , 1/3 chopped red onion. 1 tbs chopped cilantro, the juice of 1/2 lime, and a sprinlkle of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Peppers & onions:
On a pan on medium high heat add 1tbs of avocado oil. Add in sliced bell peppers and onions and saute for about 7-10 minutes until softened and crispy!
ASSEMBLE:
Now it’s time to assemble! To a bowl add in some mixed greens, your roasted peppers & onions, taco meat, guacamole, some pinto beans, freshly grated raw sharp cheddar cheese and your dressing. I also ate this with some Siete lime chips! Enjoy!
