Pork Tacos

what you’ll need:
1lb thin sliced pork loin
2tbs coconut aminos
2tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 shallot
1 jalapeño
1 tbs Minced garlic
3 Persian cucumbers
2 large avocados
1/2 red onion
Cilantro
1/2 lime juices
Salt, pepper
Almond flour tortillas
Sriracha mayo (optional)
Instructions:
To a pan on medium high heat add chopped shallot, jalapeño and minced garlic and sauté for about 2 min.
Cut pork loin into strips and add to pan.
Pour the worcestershire sauce and coconut aminos over the meat and veggies mix. Cook about 5-7 min or until meat has cooked and liquid has evaporated. (I like to wait until the meat gets crispy)
Meanwhile make the guacamole. Mix avocado, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt & pepper together.
Time to assemble! To a taco shell add in your meat & veggies topped with guacamole and some optional sriracha mau
