High Protein Ranch Dip

what you’ll need:

  • 2 cups plain nonfat greek yogurt

  • 2-3 tbsp of milk

  • 1 Ranch seasoning packet

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Add more milk as necessary to get your desired thinness for the dip.

  2. Store in an airtight tupperware in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. (as long as the yogurt & milk were not already close to the expiration date)

  3. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors come together. The longer it sits, the better the flavor.
