Luteal Phase Seed Cycling Protein Bites

what you’ll need:
1 cup raw sesame seeds, blended
1 cup raw sunflower seeds, blended
1 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp vanilla
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1-2 tbsp water (if necessary, if too dry/crumbly)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
Roll them into equal-size balls and store them in a tupperware in the fridge for up to two weeks.
