Mediterranean Chicken Salad

what you’ll need:
3, 12.5 oz canned chicken (or rotisserie)
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup pepperoncini, sliced
1/3 cup katamala olives, sliced
1/2 cup banana peppers , sliced
3 persian cucumbers, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese
For the sauce
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayo
Juice of 1 small lemon
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions:
To make this mediterranean chicken salad simply put everything listed into a bowl and mix. That’s it! This can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 days. Enjoy!
