Shrimp Tacos

what you’ll need:
1 lb shrimp
1 taco seasoning packet
Medium size tortillas
1 tbsp Avocado oil
For the Sauce
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 1/2 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
Optional toppings
Sliced avocado
Cabbage slaw mix
Red onion, finely diced
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Instructions:
Add 1 tbs avocado oil to a pan on medium-high heat.
Add the peeled shrimp and 1 packet of taco seasoning of choice in a large bowl, then mix until the shrimp is fully coated.
Once the pan is hot, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on both sides until pink.
Add all the sauce ingredients to a small bowl, mix well, and set aside.
Next, heat up the tortillas in a pan on medium-high heat for about 30sec -1 min on each side or until your desired level of crispiness.
Into each taco, add the cooked shrimp, some cabbage slaw, sliced avocado, diced red onion, a drizzle of sauce, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Enjoy!
