Parmesan Crusted Salmon

what you’ll need:
3- 6oz pieces of salmon
1 lemon
1/2 cup Finely grated parmesan
2tbs butter
2tbs fresh parsley
2 tsp minced garlic
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees.
Next add your salmon to a baking sheet and add a drizzle of olive oil, squeeze of a lemon, salt, and pepper to each piece.
Then make your parmesan crust, add in 1/2 cup parmesan, 2tbs of melted butter, 2tbs of freshly chopped parsley, and 2 tsp of minced garlic. Mix well until it almost becomes like a paste. Add this to the top of all your salmon pieces then place in the oven to bake for about 10-12 minutes. The timing will depend on the thickness of your salmon. it may need longer if it’s a thick piece!
That’s it. I had mine with a side of asparagus. Enjoy!
