Protein Banana Berry Oatmeal

This banana berry oatmeal is the perfect quick weekday breakfast! It only takes 10 minutes to put together and it sure beats eating boring plain oatmeal.

what you’ll need:

  • Organic old fashioned oats

  • Egg whites

  • Organic peanut butter

  • Strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • 1 Banana

  • Pecans

  • Cinnamon

Instructions:

Mix 1/3 cup oats with 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup egg whites.

Microwave for 3 min stirring every 30 seconds to prevent the egg whites from scrambling (you’ll have scrambled egg oatmeal and that will be a texture nightmare )

Once cooked top it with 1tbs peanut butter, sliced strawberries, blueberries, 1/4 banana, chopped pecans, & cinnamon. Enjoy!!
