Honey Garlic Shrimp Bowls with Sriracha Mayo

what you’ll need:
1lb Shrimp
Broccoli
Cauliflower rice
Butter
White rice
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1tbs honey
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup mayo
2 tbs sriracha
1tbs coconut aminos
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Green onions
Instructions:
First prep your rice and cauliflower rice according to package instructions.
To make the broccoli I simply add them to a baking sheet, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and cooked them in the oven at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Then mix together the below ingredients for the shrimp marinade. Once mixed, pour over 1lb shrimp and let sit for about 10-15 min.
Marinade: 1/4 cup coconut aminos, 1tbs honey, and 1 tsp minced garlic.
Next, add to a skillet 1tbs of butter on medium high heat.
Take the marinated shrimp and add to the pan, sear for about 2-3 min each side until fully cooked. I like to wait until it has some good char on it.
While that’s cooking you can make your sriracha mayo by mixing together 1/4 cup mayo, 2 tbs sriracha, 1tbs coconut aminos, 1 tsp lime juice, 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
Time to assemble!! To the bowl add in 1 cup cauliflower rice, 1/3 cup regular rice, cooked broccoli, & cooked shrimp. Drizzle with the sriracha mayo and some sliced green onions and enjoy
