Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Chicken

what you’ll need:

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken thighs 

  • 3 tbsp butter melted 

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 

  • 1/4 cup honey 

  • 1 tbs chili onion crunch (or 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, omit if you don’t want spicy) 

  • 1 tsp paprika 

  • 1 tsp chili powder 

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a small bowl add the butter and melt.

  3. Then add the dijon mustard, honey, chili onion crunch, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.

  4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and brush on the honey mustard mix until well coated.

  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes then broil for a couple minutes at the end! If using parchment paper make sure to keep a close eye on the paper while broiling, the paper will burn if you leave it in too long!

  6. Serve the chicken in any way you’d like! I will either have it with some roasted veggies or in a salad. Enjoy!
