Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Chicken

what you’ll need:
1 1/2 lbs chicken thighs
3 tbsp butter melted
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 tbs chili onion crunch (or 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, omit if you don’t want spicy)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl add the butter and melt.
Then add the dijon mustard, honey, chili onion crunch, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet and brush on the honey mustard mix until well coated.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes then broil for a couple minutes at the end! If using parchment paper make sure to keep a close eye on the paper while broiling, the paper will burn if you leave it in too long!
Serve the chicken in any way you’d like! I will either have it with some roasted veggies or in a salad. Enjoy!
