Spicy Tuna Bowls

what you’ll need:
1 can of tuna
Mayo
Sriracha
Sesame oil
Brown rice (I got precooked frozen rice)
Edamame
Cucumber
Avocado
Green onion
Black sesame seeds
White sesame seeds
Instructions:
In a bowl add 1tbs mayo, 1tbs sriracha, & 1/2 tsp of sesame oil. Mix well. You’ll then add in the tuna and mix.
To a bowl add in 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, 1/2 cup edamame, tuna mix, sliced cucumber, avocado, and green onions.
I bought frozen brown rice so it only took 3 min in the microwave! It’s perfect for when you’re in a hurry!
Top with black and white sesame seeds and some more sriracha. Enjoy!
