Spicy Tuna Bowls

I’m obsessed with simple high protein lunches and this is definitely one of them! The tuna can easily be switched with salmon for a bit of a different flavor.

what you’ll need:

  • 1 can of tuna

  • Mayo

  • Sriracha

  • Sesame oil

  • Brown rice (I got precooked frozen rice)

  • Edamame

  • Cucumber

  • Avocado

  • Green onion

  • Black sesame seeds

  • White sesame seeds

Instructions:

In a bowl add 1tbs mayo, 1tbs sriracha, & 1/2 tsp of sesame oil. Mix well. You’ll then add in the tuna and mix.

To a bowl add in 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, 1/2 cup edamame, tuna mix, sliced cucumber, avocado, and green onions.

I bought frozen brown rice so it only took 3 min in the microwave! It’s perfect for when you’re in a hurry!

Top with black and white sesame seeds and some more sriracha. Enjoy!
