Strawberries & Cream Protein Shake

what you’ll need:
10 small frozen strawberries
1 serving of your favorite vanilla protein powder
2 heaping scoops of extra creamy vanilla yogurt
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 fresh strawberry for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender add in the frozen strawberries, protein powder, vanilla yogurt, and almond milk. Blend for about 1-2 minutes until everything is well incorporated and smooth. Pour into a cup and add on your optional strawberry garnish. Enjoy!
