Veggie Omelette

what you’ll need:
2 eggs
1/4 cup egg whites
Chopped red bell pepper
Chopped green bell pepper
Chopped onion
Chopped mushroom
Salt, pepper, & garlic powder
avocado oil
avocado
hot sauce of choice
Instructions:
Preheat a pan to medium heat and add in 1 tbs of avocado oil.
To the pan add in some chopped red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, and mushroom. Saute for about 5 minutes until the veggies are soft.
In a bowl add in 2 eggs and 1/4 cup egg whites. Season it with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder and mix well.
Pour the eggs over the veggies and slowly mix until fully cooked.
Serve with some sliced avocado, hot sauce of choice and some fresh fruit! Enjoy!
