All the best parts of a cheeseburger are packed into these Burger Bowls. Seasoned ground beef, crisp lettuce, fresh toppings, and a creamy homemade burger sauce come together for a quick, high-protein dinner that satisfies every burger craving without ever missing the bun.
Preheat a skillet to medium heat. Once hot add in the ground beef and cook about 5-7 minutes until fully brown.
Once the meat is near finished add in the seasonings. Mix well and leave on the pan a few more minutes until cooked.
To make the burger sauce, add the mayo, ketchup, dill relish, sweet pickle juice, and garlic powder to a small bowl. Whisk until smooth and well combined, then refrigerate until you're ready to assemble the salad.
To a bowl add romaine lettuce, the cooked ground beef, any of the toppings you'd like, and then the dressing. Enjoy!
