Ingredients

  • 4, 6 oz pieces of salmon
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chili crisp
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, chili onion crunch, garlic powder, cayenne, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the hot honey glaze generously over each piece, making sure they're evenly coated.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. The exact cook time will depend on the thickness of your fillets.
  • During the last 1-2 minutes of cooking, switch the oven to broil to caramelize the glaze and give the top of the salmon a beautiful golden finish. Keep a close eye on it so the glaze doesn't burn.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
