Banana Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

what you’ll need:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tbs chia seeds
1 scoop collagen powder
1 tbs peanut butter
1/2 banana
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions:
In a jar add in 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt, 1 tbs chia seeds, 1 scoop collagen powder, 1 tbs peanut butter, 1/2 banana roughly sliced, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp honey, and 1/2 cup almond milk.
Mix well and place in the fridge overnight so that the oats soak up the liquid.
The next morning pour out your oats into a bowl and top with some more sliced banana, a drizzle of peanut butter and some cinnamon! Enjoy!
