Breakfast Tacos

I’m a sucker for a good breakfast taco!

what you’ll need:

  • Siete Tortillas (or tortillas of choice)

  • Eggs

  • Bacon

  • Raw sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 small avocado

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Hot sauce

Instructions:

This recipe made us 3 tacos! Feel free to add more bacon/eggs if making a larger batch. :)

Place 2 pieces of bacon in a pan on medium high heat. Cook on both sides about 2-4 minutes per side. Depending on how crispy you want it!

Then start the scrambled eggs. On medium heat add in 5-6 eggs and mix well. Add in a sprinkle of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

The way I like to make scrambled eggs is slowly pushing the eggs towards the center until fully cooked. But feel free to make scrambled eggs to your preference!

If you’re using siete tortillas heat them up on a pan for about 1 min per side.

Time to assemble! On your tortilla add in your scrambled eggs, top with some freshly grated cheese, sliced avocado, bacon bits, and some hot sauce. I served mine with some blueberries! Enjoy!
