Why I Love This Recipe
When a Big Mac craving hits, these wraps are the answer. They have everything you love about a classic cheeseburger, from the juicy seasoned beef to the crisp lettuce, melty cheddar, and that irresistible creamy burger sauce. Crisping the tortilla in the skillet takes it over the top, giving every bite the perfect crunch without ever needing a drive-thru.
Enjoying The Leftovers
The beef and burger sauce are great to have on hand for quick lunches throughout the week. Build fresh wraps as you go, or turn the leftovers into burger bowls, loaded salads, or even a baked potato topping.
Storing
Store the cooked beef, burger sauce, and toppings in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For the best texture, wait to assemble the wraps until you’re ready to eat.
Reheating
Warm the beef in the microwave or a skillet until heated through. Assemble the wraps with the fresh toppings and sauce, then toast them in a dry skillet for a few minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden and crispy.

Big Mac Cheeseburger Wraps
Ingredients
- Taco sized tortillas, I used mission carb balance
- 1 lb ground beef
- Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/2 small yellow onion, finely diced
Burger seasoning
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Homemade big mac burger sauce
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Honey mustard
- 2 dill pickle spears, chopped
- Sprinkle of garlic powder
- Sprinkle of salt
- Splash of sweet pickle juice
Instructions
- Preheat a large pan to medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ground beef and cook for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked. Once cooked, season with the burger seasoning and give everything a good mix.
- While the meat is cooking, make the sauce. In a small bowl, add the Greek yogurt, ketchup, honey mustard, chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined, then set aside.
- Now it’s time to assemble! In the center of each tortilla, add the sauce, ground beef, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, and diced onion. Fold in both sides of the tortilla and then roll as if you are rolling a burrito, making sure to push the toppings into the center as you’re rolling.
- Preheat a large pan to medium-high heat and add a tiny bit of oil. Cook for a few minutes on each side until crispy on the outside and warm on the inside!
- Serve immediately and feel free to dip in the extra big mac sauce!! Enjoy!
