Everything you love about a classic cheeseburger gets wrapped up into one quick and satisfying dinner. These Big Mac Cheeseburger Wraps are filled with seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese, crisp lettuce, onions, and a homemade burger sauce, then toasted until perfectly crispy for an easy weeknight meal the whole family will love.
Preheat a large pan to medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ground beef and cook for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked. Once cooked, season with the burger seasoning and give everything a good mix.
While the meat is cooking, make the sauce. In a small bowl, add the Greek yogurt, ketchup, honey mustard, chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined, then set aside.
Now it's time to assemble! In the center of each tortilla, add the sauce, ground beef, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, and diced onion. Fold in both sides of the tortilla and then roll as if you are rolling a burrito, making sure to push the toppings into the center as you're rolling.
Preheat a large pan to medium-high heat and add a tiny bit of oil. Cook for a few minutes on each side until crispy on the outside and warm on the inside!
Serve immediately and feel free to dip in the extra big mac sauce!! Enjoy!
