Why I Love This Recipe
Some of my favorite dinners are the ones that feel a little fancy without adding extra work, and this recipe is exactly that. Everything bakes together in one dish, the chicken stays incredibly juicy, and the combination of creamy baked feta and hot honey is so good. It’s the kind of meal that’s easy enough for a busy weeknight but impressive enough to serve when friends come over.
Enjoying The Leftovers
This chicken is just as delicious the next day. Slice it up for wraps, grain bowls, salads, or sandwiches, or reheat it with your favorite side for an easy lunch. Be sure to spoon any extra feta and hot honey from the baking dish over the chicken before storing because it’s too good to waste.
Storing
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. The flavors continue to develop as it sits, making it a great option for meal prep.
Reheating
Reheat gently in the microwave or warm in a 325°F oven until heated through. If the feta has thickened in the refrigerator, add a fresh drizzle of hot honey before serving to bring everything back to life.

Feta Hot Honey Chicken Bake
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375℉.
- Season the chicken on all sides with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the chicken in an even layer on a greased baking dish.
- Top with an even layer of feta cheese.
- Cover with foil and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked. At the end, broil for a couple of minutes until the feta is slightly browned. It’s ok if the feta doesn’t look melted!
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle some red pepper flakes over the chicken, and add a drizzle on the hot honey. (measure with your heart)
- Serve immediately and pair with a veggie that you’d like! Enjoy!
