Grinder Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 small cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup banana peppers sliced
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini, sliced
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 oz pepperoni, chopped
- 1 oz ham, chopped
- 1 oz salami, chopped
- 6 croutons
For the dressing
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp mayo
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, add the mayo, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
- In a large bowl, add all of the prepared salad ingredients and top with the dressing. Mix well and enjoy.
