Why I Love This Recipe
I swear every week needs at least one dinner like this. It’s quick, packed with flavor, and only leaves you with one pan to wash at the end of the night. The sauce is the kind you’ll want to drizzle over everything, coating the turkey and crisp green beans in the perfect mix of sweet, savory, and just the right amount of heat. It’s faster than ordering takeout and honestly just as satisfying.
Enjoying The Leftovers
This is one of my favorite meal prep lunches because the flavors get even better after they’ve had a chance to sit together. I usually make a double batch so there’s enough for lunch the next day.
Storing
Store the turkey and green bean stir fry in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Keep the rice separate if possible so it reheats with the best texture.
Reheating
Warm everything in the microwave or in a skillet over medium heat until heated through. If the sauce has thickened, add a small splash of water to loosen it up. Finish with fresh green onions, sesame seeds, or an extra spoonful of chili onion crunch before serving.
