1 1/2 lbs ground turkey 1, 12 oz bag green beans 1 tsp ginger powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 tbsp avocado oil 1 green onion, chopped Sprinkle of sesame seeds Served with rice For the sauce 1/2 cup coconut aminos 1 tbsp sriracha sauce 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp hoisin sauce 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp minced garlic
Preheat a large skillet to medium heat and add the avocado oil.
Add the ground turkey and cook about 7-10 minutes until fully cooked.
Meanwhile, add all the sauce ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
Remove the green beans from the bag and cut them all in half.
Once the meat is cooked add the ginger powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
To the skillet add the green beans and the sauce. Mix well and sauté for a few more minutes so the flavors can come together.
Serve the turkey and green bean stir fry over rice and top with sesame seeds and freshly chopped green onion.
