Why I Love This Recipe
I always have the ingredients to make this in my fridge because it’s one of the easiest ways to add a little extra protein to snacks and lunches. It takes just a couple of minutes to stir together, and after a little time in the fridge, it tastes just like classic ranch. Whether I’m dipping veggies, spreading it on a wrap, or serving it with chips, it’s one of those recipes I end up making on repeat.
Enjoying The Leftovers
This dip gets even better after it’s had a chance to chill, so don’t hesitate to make it ahead of time. I love keeping a container in the fridge for easy snacks throughout the week.
Storing
Store the ranch dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Give it a quick stir before serving, and add a splash of milk if you’d like to thin it out again.
When you’re ready to eat
Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, pretzels, potato chips, or use it as a spread for wraps and sandwiches. It also makes a great topping for baked potatoes, burgers, or grain bowls.
