what you’ll need:

  • 1 piece of 1/2 salmon filet or 4 -6 ounce pieces

  • Asparagus

  • Olive oil

  • Minced garlic

  • Dijon mustard

  • Dried thyme

  • Onion powder

  • Garlic powder

  • 1 lemon

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

On a sheet pan add your asparagus & salmon.

To make the salmon glaze mix 1tbs olive oil, 1tbs Dijon mustard, 1tsp minced garlic, 1tsp dried thyme, and the juice of 1/2 lemon in a bowl.

Once mixed brush this all over the salmon and season with a bit of salt and pepper on top.

I then seasoned the asparagus with some garlic powder, onion powder, salt, & pepper.

Bake in the oven for about 10-13 min, depending on the thickness of your salmon. If it needs longer obviously cook it a bit more. Then serve! Enjoy!
