what you’ll need:

  • Salmon filet (mine was about 1.5 lb)

  • Primal Kitchen Teriyaki sauce

  • Minced garlic

  • Brown rice

  • Edamame

  • Cucumber

  • Avocado

  • Green onion

  • Mayo

  • Sriracha

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Start cooking your brown rice according to package instructions.

In a bowl combine 1 tbs of minced garlic and 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce. Brush this over your entire salmon until fully coated.

Add to a baking sheet and place in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. The cook time will depend on the thickness of your salmon.

Now it’s time to assemble the bowls. Add in about 6 oz of salmon, 1/3 cup brown rice, 1/3 cup edamame, sliced cucumber, 1/2 sliced avocado, chopped green onions and some sriracha mayo!

The sriracha mayo is optional. To make it you’ll just combine equal parts mayo to sriracha.

Enjoy!
