Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • Add the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, collagen powder, peanut butter, banana, vanilla, cinnamon, honey, and almond milk to a jar or airtight container. Stir well until everything is fully combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.
  • Before serving, give the oats a good stir. If you'd like a thinner consistency, mix in a splash of almond milk.
  • Top with sliced banana, a drizzle of peanut butter, and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
