Why I Love This Recipe

Some mornings are busy enough without having to think about breakfast. That’s exactly why I love these peanut butter banana overnight oats. A few minutes of prep the night before gives you a creamy, satisfying breakfast that’s ready to grab from the fridge in the morning. The peanut butter, banana, and cinnamon make every bite taste cozy and comforting, while the protein keeps you full long after breakfast.

Enjoying The Leftovers

Having breakfast ready to go always makes mornings feel a little less hectic.

Storing

Store the overnight oats in an airtight jar or container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. If adding fresh banana slices or other toppings, wait until just before serving for the best texture.

When you’re ready to eat

Enjoy the oats straight from the fridge, or let them sit at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes if you prefer. Top with fresh banana slices, an extra drizzle of peanut butter, chopped peanuts, or a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
