3 bananas, sliced 1 cup chunky peanut butter 3/4 cup unsweetened chocolate chips 1 tbsp coconut oil 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
Place all the sliced bananas in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Place another piece of parchment over the bananas and mash gently so that the bananas start to mush together.
Pour the peanut butter over the bananas and spread evenly.
In a small bowl add the chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 10 second increments, stirring each time, until the chocolate melts.
Pour the chocolate on top of the peanut butter and spread evenly.
Lastly, top it with some crushed peanuts and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Remove from the freezer and break the banana bark into your desired size pieces.
