Ingredients

  • 5 bananas
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions

  • Slice the bananas in half, then slice them in half lengthwise, making four log-shaped pieces from each banana.
  • Place the bananas on a medium-sized parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until fully melted.
  • Drizzle the chocolate and peanut butter over the bananas. This does not need to look or be perfect!
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt over the top and place in the freezer for about 3-4 hours.
  • Remove from the freezer and place in an airtight tupperware, then place back in the freezer to store.
