5 bananas 1/3 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup unsweetened dark chocolate chips 1 tbsp coconut oil Sprinkle of sea salt
Slice the bananas in half, then slice them in half lengthwise, making four log-shaped pieces from each banana.
Place the bananas on a medium-sized parchment-lined baking sheet.
Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until fully melted.
Drizzle the chocolate and peanut butter over the bananas. This does not need to look or be perfect!
Add a sprinkle of sea salt over the top and place in the freezer for about 3-4 hours.
Remove from the freezer and place in an airtight tupperware, then place back in the freezer to store.
