These Frozen Watermelon Protein Grapes are a sweet, tangy frozen snack made with fresh grapes, lime juice, and sour watermelon protein powder. They’re an easy, high-protein treat with a candy-like flavor.
Wash and completely dry the grapes. Removing excess moisture helps the coating stick better.
Add the grapes to a large bowl and drizzle with the lime juice. Toss until all of the grapes are lightly coated.
Sprinkle the sour watermelon protein powder over the grapes and toss again until every grape is evenly coated. Add a little more protein powder if needed for a thicker candy-like coating.
Spread the grapes out in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate so they aren't touching.
Freeze for at least 2–3 hours, but preferably overnight or until completely. frozen.
Enjoy straight from the freezer for a sweet, tangy, candy-like snack.
