Why I Love This Recipe

This recipe is one of my favorite easy snacks because it feels like a sweet treat while still being made with simple ingredients. The frozen grapes become perfectly icy and candy-like, with a refreshing sour watermelon flavor and a boost of protein. It’s a quick, fun snack that’s perfect for satisfying a sweet craving.

Enjoying The Leftovers

These sour watermelon protein grapes are an easy high-protein frozen snack that’s perfect for keeping in the freezer whenever you want something sweet, refreshing, and candy-like.

Storing

Store the frozen grapes in an airtight freezer-safe container or zip-top bag for up to 2–3 months. Once frozen, they can stick together, so storing them in a single layer first or separating portions with parchment paper can help keep them easier to grab.

When you’re ready to eat

For the best texture and flavor, keep them frozen until you’re ready to enjoy them. They are meant to be eaten straight from the freezer and will become softer as they thaw.
