This Turkey Taco Bowl is a fresh, flavor-packed meal with seasoned ground turkey, sautéed peppers and onions, and creamy guacamole. It’s finished with crunchy chips, cheddar cheese, and a zesty salsa ranch for a satisfying taco-inspired bowl.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the avocado oil.
Once hot, add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through.
Sprinkle in the taco seasoning, add a splash of water if needed, and stir until everything is well coated and flavorful. Remove from the heat and set aside.
To make the guacamole, add the avocados to a small bowl and mash until you reach your desired consistency. Stir in the grape tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro, then add the juice of ½ a lime along with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined, taste, and adjust the seasoning as needed.
To a bowl, add some mixed greens, taco meat, guacamole, pinto beans, cheddar cheese, your choice of chips, and your dressing.
