Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 15 Oreos, crushed
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2-3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add the softened cream cheese to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle or whisk attachment. Beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Add in the crushed Oreos and mix until fully incorporated into the cream cheese.
  • With the mixer on low, slowly add the protein powder and pinch of salt, mixing until a thick dough begins to form.
  • Add the vanilla extract and 2 tbsp of milk. Mix again, adding 1 extra tbsp of milk only if needed to reach a scoopable, rollable texture.
  • Using a small spoon or your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized pieces and place them on a lined baking sheet. The mixture is going to feel very sticky, that's ok! It will firm up in the freezer.
  • Transfer to the freezer for at least 30 minutes to firm up before eating. Enjoy!
