Why I Love This Recipe
If you’re anything like me, cookies-and-cream desserts are impossible to resist. These little bites have all the flavor of a classic Oreo truffle, but they’re made with a handful of simple ingredients and an extra boost of protein. The cream cheese and vanilla protein powder create a rich, creamy center, while the crushed Oreos add just the right amount of crunch and that nostalgic cookies-and-cream flavor in every bite. They’re incredibly easy to make, require no baking, and are perfect to keep in the fridge whenever you’re craving something sweet.
Enjoying The Leftovers
These are made for keeping in the fridge and grabbing whenever a sweet craving hits. They’re great as an afternoon snack, an easy dessert after dinner, or a quick bite before heading out the door.
Storing
Store the Oreo bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For a firmer texture, you can also freeze them for up to 2 months and let them soften for a few minutes before enjoying.
When you’re ready to eat
Serve chilled straight from the refrigerator.

High Protein Cream Cheese Oreo Bites
Instructions
- Add the softened cream cheese to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle or whisk attachment. Beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the crushed Oreos and mix until fully incorporated into the cream cheese.
- With the mixer on low, slowly add the protein powder and pinch of salt, mixing until a thick dough begins to form.
- Add the vanilla extract and 2 tbsp of milk. Mix again, adding 1 extra tbsp of milk only if needed to reach a scoopable, rollable texture.
- Using a small spoon or your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized pieces and place them on a lined baking sheet. The mixture is going to feel very sticky, that’s ok! It will firm up in the freezer.
- Transfer to the freezer for at least 30 minutes to firm up before eating. Enjoy!
