Ingredients

  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 2 cups nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour and plain nonfat Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms. It may be a little sticky, and that's perfectly normal.
  • Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and divide it into 5 equal pieces.
  • Roll each piece into a ball, then gently press your thumb through the center and stretch the dough to form a bagel shape. (If you need a visual, check out the Instagram video below.)
  • Brush the tops of the bagels with the beaten egg, then sprinkle with your favorite seasoning. I love using Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Seasoning.
  • Place the bagels in the air fryer and cook at 350°F for 14 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until golden brown.
  • When you're ready to enjoy one, slice it in half and toast until warm and lightly crisp.
