1 lb ground turkey 1 cup broccoli 1 cup brown rice, cooked For the sauce 1/4 cup coconut aminos 1 tsp ginger powder 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce Optional toppings Green onions 1 tbsp sriracha 1 tbsp mayo
Preheat a pan to medium high heat. Add your ground turkey and cook for 7-10 minutes until brown.
While the ground turkey cooks, make the sauce. Mix together coconut aminos, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger powder.
Add the sauce to the pan with the ground turkey and mix well. Let this simmer for a few minutes to let the flavors come together.
To make the sriracha mayo, mix together 1 tbsp of mayo and 1 tbsp of sriracha.
Serve with rice, broccoli, and ground turkey topped with a sprinkle of chopped green onion and a drizzle of the sriracha mayo. Enjoy!
