Why I Love This Recipe

When I’m craving something flavorful but still want a simple, balanced meal, this Korean style turkey bowl is always a go-to. The ground turkey cooks up with the perfect mix of savory, spicy, and slightly sweet flavors from the garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and chili garlic sauce. Add in the broccoli, brown rice, green onions, and that creamy sriracha mayo on top, and you have a meal that feels like takeout but comes together so easily at home.

Enjoying The Leftovers

This Korean style turkey bowl is a great meal prep option because the flavors get even better after sitting overnight. Store everything together in an airtight container and reheat when you’re ready for an easy, flavorful lunch or dinner.

Storing:

Store the cooked ground turkey, broccoli, and brown rice in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Keep the sriracha mayo separate until ready to serve to maintain its creamy texture and flavor.

Reheating:

To reheat, warm the turkey, broccoli, and rice in a skillet over medium heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or microwave in 30–60 second intervals until heated through. Assemble your bowl and top with fresh green onions and sriracha mayo just before eating for the best flavor.
